At My Carry Potty®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
